PingWind and Ailani Hawaiian Federal (AHF) JOIN forces

PingWind, Inc. is excited to announce that on August 23rd, we received formal approval for participation in the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program (SBAMPP) between Ailani Hawaiian Federal (AHF) (Protégé) and PINGWIND INC (Mentor), effective for 6 years!  

Through this SBA Mentor-Protégé Program, PingWind and Ailani Hawaiian Federal will collaborate and have established a Joint Venture, Ailani Wind, with the goal of providing Cybersecurity Solutions, Advanced Analytics and AI, and Digital Transformation services.

AHF is a subsidiary of the Akeanoeau Keliipio Native Hawaiian Organization Charity. The mission of the Akeanoeau Keliipio Native Hawaiian Charity is to honor and preserve the cultural legacy of Hawaii through their products and practices. The company is dedicated to giving back to the community to include initiatives that preserve and protect the Hawaiian culture, environment, and education. The goal is to promote the values of strength, protection, and guidance, symbolized by the shark, or mano, in Hawaiian culture.

Stephanie Lani McVitty, Chairwoman of Akeanoeau Keliipio Native Hawaiian Organization and President of Accelerate Ailani Hawaiian Federal

With a successful career spanning over three decades, Stephanie has expertise in client relationships, results driven sales, strategic marketing, and organizational growth.

She has a proven track record of fostering growth and profitability within the sales and government contracting sectors. More specifically, her background in Federal Government Contracting and Information Technology is marked by her focus in Identity, Credential, Access Management, (ICAM), Cybersecurity and Risk Management—fields where she has not only prevailed but paved the way for others to incorporate ingenious production techniques and efficiencies. Stephanie’s integrity, insight, and innovative spirit have made her a respected figure in the Federal Contracting environment and her dedication to community engagement and industry networking continues to strengthen her impact. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science Degree from George Mason University in Business with a focus on Organizational Psychology.

Chris Cronin, CEO of Ailani Management Group

As CEO, Chris is responsible for leading multiple facets of the organization including managed services for the Ailani Hawaiian subsidiaries.

He is responsible for strategic long-term planning and providing oversight, compliance, and cost-effective administrative support services to ensure increased profitability and continued growth for the Ailani Hawaiian Family of Companies. Chris has extensive experience serving in executive leadership positions of 8(a) organizations over the past 25 years. Prior to contracting, Chris served more than four years on active duty as an enlisted infantry Marine, where he was meritoriously promoted twice and consistently served in positions normally reserved by those of higher rank. Chris has a bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems from The Catholic University of America. He has also trained in joint venture/mentor protégée agreements, DOL EEO audits, Service Contract Act, and managing and writing federal proposals from Shipley Associates.
