Pingwind’s Aaron Moak selected as a GovCon Executive of the Year 2024 finalist
PingWind is thrilled to announce that Aaron Moak has been selected as a finalist for Executive of the Year for the 22nd Annual Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards!
This award is presented to a Greater Washington-area government contracting Executive who is recognized for making outstanding contributions to his/her company, the community, and the government contracting industry during the past year. To apply for the award, an application was submitted summarizing the exceptional work of the PingWind team over the course of the last year, highlighting the growth and successes that have resulted from focus and collaboration. Aaron emphasized that he enjoys success as a leader because of the great people he gets the privilege to work with every day and is grateful for this opportunity.
To quality for the Executive of the Year, a candidate must be a C-level executive of a government contracting company; have more than 50 percent of employees in the Greater Washington, DC Region; and have at least 1,000 employees in the Greater Washington, DC Region. The Finalist Gala will be held on November 6th and PingWind will learn if Aaron has been selected as the overall winner for Executive of the Year 2024. Presented by NVC and the Professional Services Council (PSC), the Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards Gala has been referred to as the "Academy Awards of Government Contracting." This exciting event gathers more than 1,000 industry and government leaders for an opportunity to network and celebrate.
The Greater Washington Government Contractor Award was founded in 2002 and serves to honor an industry that is vital to our society and its citizens for over two decades. The Awards event recognizes the leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence of the people and businesses in the region’s government contracting community.
