CVPS II: Elevating Insights and Enhancing Decision-Making

PingWind is thrilled to share the news of three recent contract awards, celebrating the continued collaboration and commitment of our team members. Our JV, Clear Vantage Point Solutions II, has received an award for General Services Administration’s small business track of the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus vehicle, the recompete of a massive government-wide professional services contract vehicle. OASIS+ is GSA's governmentwide multi-agency, multiple award indefinite, delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for non-IT services. OASIS+ contracts may be used by all federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs), but are not open to state and local governments at this time. The new OASIS+ vehicle has four other small business groups that are reserved for individual socioeconomic labels, in addition to the general SB track just awarded. GSA has made initial batches of awards for the 8(a), woman-owned, HUBZone and service-disabled/veteran-owned groups. 

Additionally Clear Vantage Point Solutions II, was one of 85 companies awarded a position on Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) 10-year, $11.9 billion J6 Enterprise Technology Services 2.0 contract to provide information technology support services for DLA and other Department of Defense components. The JETS 2.0 IDIQ contract has a five-year base term and one option period of five years. Work will occur within and outside the continental U.S. through Oct. 20, 2029. DLA will obligate defense working capital funds from fiscal years 2024 through 2035 upon the award of task orders. JETS 2.0 provides the full range of IT services, technical and management expertise that support applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, systems, and research and development across the DLA IT Enterprise. Support will be provided for information technology solutions, technical support, maintenance, and sustainment; operations support; application development, maintenance, and technical support; lifecycle management; administrative program management support for IT program offices and the DLA J6 office; and support of the DLA IT R&D program.

Lastly, Clear Vantage Point Solutions is one of 102 companies awarded a contract on General Services Administration Polaris, a government-wide IT contract vehicle reserved for small businesses. Polaris has no ceiling and a potential 10-year duration, inclusive of an initial five-year base period and a single option for five more years. Polaris is designed to provide agencies with a broad range of IT services and solutions, to include Cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management. Awardees will also compete for work in IT operations and maintenance, software development, and systems design. The vehicle also focuses on IT innovation to include artificial intelligence, automation, edge computing and immersive technologies as areas of interest.
